At MyHoardings, we understand that seamless campaign execution is critical to a brand’s marketing success. However, outdoor media relies on multiple variables—vendors, permissions, weather, and ground logistics—which means that occasional disruptions or last-minute changes can occur. What matters most is how quickly and fairly those ad placement disputes are resolved.
When a campaign faces hurdles such as delayed mounting, substandard placement, or sudden unavailability of a site, we follow a clear and client-centric process to address the situation promptly.
Handling Disputes Over Ad Placements
If a client raises concerns regarding location quality, visibility issues, or incorrect placement:
-
Immediate Site Audit is conducted with visual proof (geo-tagged photos or videos)
-
Vendor Coordination begins the same day to address the issue
-
If placement quality doesn’t meet the agreed-upon terms, the campaign is either:
-
Repositioned to an equivalent or better site, OR
-
The client is offered a partial refund or campaign extension to compensate for lost visibility
-
Policy for Last-Minute Cancellations
If a media owner or vendor backs out after confirmation and payment, we act swiftly:
-
Clients are notified within 24 hours
-
Alternate options are provided in the same locality or budget
-
If the client is unsatisfied with the alternatives, they can opt for a 100% refund
MyHoardings works only with verified media owners, which minimizes such risks. But in rare cases, our contracts with vendors enable us to protect the client’s investment first.
Shift and Reschedule Flexibility
If a campaign needs to be rescheduled due to external factors (e.g., elections, political restrictions, extreme weather), we offer:
-
Flexible shift windows within 15–30 days
-
Zero cost shifting in most situations if caused by uncontrollable events
-
Adjustments of ad durations to ensure full value is delivered
Transparent, Client-First Policy
Our campaign managers stay in constant touch with both clients and vendors. Every placement is geo-tagged, timestamped, and photographed as proof of execution. In the rare event of disruption, our focus remains on fair compensation and continuity.
